Hello everyone,
My professional journey began with Medicare Scientific Supplies Pvt. Ltd., India, after completing my Bachelor of Technology in the Bioscience sector. I subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom, which provided me with a strong foundation in business management, sales, marketing, business operations, and organisational strategy.
While pursuing my MBA in the United Kingdom, I gained practical professional experience with Ventura, Cardiff, where I was involved in business operations, sales, customer relationship management, and customer support. Working alongside my academic studies provided me with valuable exposure to the practical functioning of a business environment and helped me develop strong skills in communication, client management, operational coordination, problem-solving, and service delivery.
After completing my MBA, I continued to develop my professional experience in the United Kingdom, including my work with Ventura, Cardiff, and Sainsbury’s, Waterloo. These roles further strengthened my understanding of business operations, sales, customer service, commercial activities, and relationship management. My professional performance and commitment were also recognised through various appreciations during my employment.
My international academic and professional experience in the United Kingdom gave me an important understanding of how businesses operate in a competitive and multicultural environment. It also developed my interest in the relationship between business management, commercial decision-making, regulatory requirements, and legal compliance.
Over time, my professional interests developed towards the intersection of business, law, regulation, technology, and international commerce. This led me to pursue legal studies and develop my professional practice in corporate and commercial law.
I am the Founder and Managing Professional of 43 LAW FIRM, through which I provide legal consultancy, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and business support services to companies, entrepreneurs, and organisations. My professional work involves advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, contractual arrangements, regulatory compliance, business operations, and the establishment and development of business ventures across different jurisdictions.
My current academic and professional interests are increasingly focused on Aviation Law and International Aviation Regulation. I am particularly interested in the legal and regulatory framework governing airport security, aviation safety, aircraft operations, aircraft leasing and financing, and international aviation compliance.
One of my principal areas of interest is airport and aviation security, particularly the implementation of international standards and recommended practices established under the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention) and the framework developed by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). I am particularly interested in ICAO Annex 17 – Security, as well as the legal and regulatory mechanisms governing airport security, baggage and cargo security, aircraft protection, access control, screening systems, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and the prevention of unlawful interference with civil aviation.
I am also interested in the application of Artificial Intelligence and advanced technologies in airport security and aviation operations, including their role in passenger and baggage screening, Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), cargo and express operations, threat detection, risk assessment, surveillance, and security decision-making. My interest is particularly focused on ensuring that technological advancement remains consistent with international aviation standards, national legislation, data protection principles, accountability, and fundamental legal safeguards.
Another important area of my academic and professional interest is aircraft leasing and aviation finance. I am particularly interested in the legal and commercial structures associated with operating leases, finance leases, sale and leaseback transactions, aircraft acquisition financing, security interests, registration, repossession, and cross-border enforcement.
My studies also examine the significance of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) and the Aircraft Protocol, particularly in relation to international interests in aircraft objects, the International Registry, IDERA, creditor protections, default remedies, deregistration and export mechanisms, and the legal interests of aircraft owners, lessors, financiers, and airlines.
I believe that my multidisciplinary background in technology, business administration, business operations, sales, customer relationship management, corporate law, and aviation law provides me with a well-rounded perspective. It enables me to understand aviation not only from a legal and regulatory perspective but also from the commercial, operational, technological, financial, and risk-management perspectives.
My professional objective is to contribute to the development of an aviation sector that is legally compliant, commercially sustainable, financially secure, technologically advanced, and internationally aligned. I am particularly interested in the intersection of international aviation conventions, airport security, emerging technologies, aircraft leasing and finance, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
I look forward to learning from everyone, sharing professional and academic experiences, and building meaningful connections with colleagues and professionals who share an interest in aviation law, international aviation conventions, airport security, aviation safety, aircraft leasing, aviation finance, emerging aviation technologies, and the future of global civil aviation.
Thank you, and I look forward to interacting with all of you.
